报告摘要：We study an oscillatory integral operator which is raised from the Cauchy problem of fractional wave equation. We obtain its boundedness on Lebesgue spaces, Triebel-Lizorkin spaces, Besov spaces and Herz-type Hardy spaces. We also study the boundedness of its maximal operator on the Hardy spaces, and some applications are given.
